RaverPass is an electronic music event ticketing platform operated by BeatPass LLC. The platform enables:
- Event organizers to list events and sell tickets to the public.
- Attendees to discover, purchase, and access tickets via QR codes.
- Promoters to earn commissions by referring buyers through unique links.
- Secondary ticket trading through a controlled resale marketplace.
BeatPass LLC acts solely as a technology intermediary that provides the service of obtaining access (tickets) to events published by third-party organizers. We are not the organizer, producer or seller of any event. The responsibility for the organization, delivery, quality and tax compliance of events listed on the platform rests exclusively with the respective event organizers. BeatPass LLC earns revenue only from the service fees and commissions described in our Terms of Service.
3. Regulatory Compliance
BeatPass LLC is committed to compliance with applicable regulations, including:
- Data Protection: personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, aligned with international data protection standards including GDPR principles.
- Payment Security: all financial transactions are processed by certified PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. BeatPass LLC does not store payment card data.
- Electronic Commerce: order confirmations, receipts, and QR tickets are delivered by electronic means to the email address provided at registration.
- Consumer Rights: users have the right to be informed about service characteristics, pricing (including fees), and refund conditions before completing a purchase. These are detailed in our Terms of Service.
- Taxes (VAT/IVA): BeatPass LLC does not collect or remit VAT/IVA from buyers. Prices are deemed tax-inclusive where applicable, and each organizer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax owed in connection with their event, as described in our Terms of Service.
