These terms explain how the official ticket resale works on RaverPass. Reselling is only allowed through our platform; tickets sold elsewhere may be voided.
How it works
When you can no longer attend, you can list your valid ticket for resale at its original price. RaverPass handles the secure transfer to the next buyer and the payout to you, so tickets stay authentic and safe.
Listing your ticket
From your dashboard, open the ticket you want to sell and choose your payout method. You can list at any time, even before the event is sold out — your listing stays active and waiting, and will sell automatically once the event reaches sold-out (see "When it sells" below). You can cancel an active listing at any time before it sells.
Fees & what you receive
Resold tickets are sold at their original face price. A resale commission of 10% is deducted from the sale, and the remaining amount is paid out to you. The exact payout is shown before you confirm the listing.
Payout methods
When your ticket sells, you are paid through the method you selected when listing:
- BeatWallet credit — instant credit to your balance, usable on any future purchase. Always available.
- Refund to your original card — when enabled, the payout is refunded to the same card used for the original purchase (typically 3–5 business days).
Matching & when it sells
Resale is the release valve for sold-out events: a listed ticket only sells once the event is sold out and official tickets are no longer available. While official tickets remain on sale, your listing stays active and waiting — it does not compete with or take priority over the primary sale. Once the event sells out, listed tickets are matched to users on the event waitlist in order. The sale is automatic: the first eligible buyer on the waitlist secures the ticket and your listing is marked as sold.
Payout timing
BeatWallet payouts are credited instantly when the ticket sells. Card refunds are processed at the time of sale and may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
You can cancel a listing while it is still active and keep your ticket. Once a ticket has sold, the transfer is final and cannot be reversed.
Prohibited activity
Reselling RaverPass tickets outside of our official marketplace, listing tickets you do not own, or attempting to sell above face value is not allowed and may result in the cancellation of the tickets and your account.
