As soon as your order is confirmed we generate a QR ticket and email it to the address on your account. The same ticket is always available in-platform under your tickets, so you do not depend on finding the email at the door.

Your QR code becomes visible 24 hours before the event starts. Until then you will see your ticket in your account, but the scannable code stays hidden.

You can check out as a guest and your QR ticket will be emailed to you. Creating an account is free and keeps every ticket, your purchase history and your RaverWallet balance in one place — and it is required if you ever want to resell a ticket.

If an organizer cancels, you receive a full refund, service fee included, to your original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days — we process it on the organizer’s behalf, since they are the seller of the ticket. If the event is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date. Any approved change to a published event triggers an email to everyone holding a confirmed ticket.

The price you see on a promo batch is the price of the whole pack. You pay once and receive every ticket it contains as a separate ticket with its own QR code, so you can forward one to each person coming with you. Each code admits one person and is scanned once at the door. Promo tickets cannot be resold.

Organizers set each event's price in their own currency, and you always see it converted to the one you picked in the footer, at the exchange rate of that moment. The footer only changes what you read: the charge itself goes out in the event's own currency, so the ticket costs the same for everyone. The exact amount and currency are shown before you confirm, and the rate is locked into your order, so it never changes afterwards.

A service fee of 8% + €0.60 per order ($0.70 on events charged in USD) is added on top of the ticket price, covering our service and the payment processing cost, unless the organizer absorbs it: checkout then shows it as included and you pay the ticket alone. The fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. The full breakdown is visible at checkout before you pay, and the complete fee table is published in our Terms of Service.

Ticket sales are final unless the organizer cancels or significantly changes the event. If you simply cannot attend a sold-out event, resale is usually your option. The service fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. The full policy is in the Refund and Cancellation Policy of our Terms of Service.

RaverWallet is your credit balance on the platform. It fills up from promoter commissions and resale payouts, and you can apply it as a discount on any future ticket purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

Yes, through our official marketplace and at the original face price. Once the event is sold out, listed tickets appear on the event page and anyone can buy them through the normal checkout. You choose whether to be paid in RaverWallet credit or back to your card. Reselling outside the platform is not allowed and can void the ticket.

Organizers can run named guestlists for an event and send invitations directly or through their promoters. When you redeem an invitation you get an entry that is scanned at the door just like a paid ticket. Caps and deadlines are set by the organizer.

Any verified user can create an event. Your first event goes through a review before it is published; once approved you get full organizer tools — ticket batches, guestlists, door scanning and sales statistics.

On events where the organizer has enabled it, you can generate your own referral link and earn a commission on every ticket sold through it, credited to your RaverWallet. There is nothing to pay and no application to fill in.
